Job Description
Pantas d.o.o. operates a luxury private passenger transport service in Serbia and abroad — chauffeur service, airport transfers, private intercity transfers, and day trips.
The operator’s main role is communicating with clients, partners, and our chauffeurs — plus pricing calculations, sending invoices and receipts, and other tasks the job naturally involves.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn the role and keep improving
- A well-spoken, polite manner with natural warmth and strong communication skills
- Strong writing skills and a working understanding of business correspondence
- At least intermediate-level English
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable multitasking (we know it’s bad for focus, but it’s unavoidable in this role)
- A responsible attitude and the ability to handle real-time problems calmly under pressure
- Respect for company rules and management; openness to feedback and constructive criticism
- Willingness to work shifts
- Non-smokers preferred

- Average pay around RSD 120,000, depending on workload

- No overtime — 40 hours per week
- Shift work, weekly rotation (Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM – midnight)
