That makes you an unusual passenger — and it makes us responsible for meeting and exceeding your expectations. The way we get there is by continually improving the service.

We believe that if we periodically improve every element of our service and our operation by even 1%, we’ll keep connecting with new clients and keep the existing ones who recommend us.

Pantas Limo is a limited liability company — the logical continuation of a small taxi operation founded in 2008. Since 2014, that one-person operation (where the owner was also the sole driver) has focused exclusively on luxury passenger transport. As we kept refining the service, the number of returning clients grew and the company quickly outgrew a single-person setup.

Today, that once-ambitious driver — now the proud owner of Pantas d.o.o. — passes on his drive, experience, and ideas to our chauffeurs and operators, because in his view they are the deciding factor behind great service.

That’s exactly the biggest difference in our philosophy compared with most other chauffeur services, who treat the expensive car as the main thing. Which is why a lot of transport companies spend more on vehicle leasing than they do on the salaries of their chauffeurs and staff.

A great fleet is of course part of a great service. But that’s just the start. In our experience, clients will sooner forgive a car that’s a year or two older than they will an average or poor chauffeur.

We believe a great, highly professional, well-spoken — and, above all, satisfied — chauffeur is the difference between a good service and an outstanding one.

That’s why Pantas builds a healthy environment for its team. We believe satisfied clients are the product of satisfied employees.
