Legal information and terms of service

 

Pantas Limo is a website owned by Pantas d.o.o. of Belgrade, a company registered to operate road passenger transport services. By using our services you agree to these terms of service.

 

Our services

 

Bookings

All rides must be booked in advance.

 

Cancellation by the client

Rides must be cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup. For rides cancelled within 24 hours of pickup, we reserve the right to charge the full fare.

 

Cancellation on our side

If, for any reason, we’re unable to deliver a booked ride within 24 hours of pickup, we’re obligated to arrange an adequate replacement through one of our trusted partners. The only exception is unavoidable circumstances arising immediately before the ride — forced traffic suspensions (protests, traffic accidents, extreme weather, and similar). If we cancel a ride within 24 hours of pickup, we’re obligated to refund the full amount if the ride was paid in advance.

At the pickup address, we’re obligated to wait up to 15 minutes — or up to one hour after flight landing for airport pickups. After that, we reserve the right to cancel the ride without refund if it was paid in advance. Likewise, if your flight is delayed more than one hour, or if you later request to shift the pickup time, we may cancel the ride without refund if we can’t rearrange the schedule.

We may also refuse or cancel a ride without refund if there are more passengers or luggage than the booked vehicle can hold, or if clients are visibly intoxicated or behaving improperly.

 

Pricing

Ride details, prices, and payment options must be agreed at the time of booking. Any change to previously agreed ride details affecting the duration of our engagement or the kilometers driven may be subject to additional charges. The chauffeur or operator is obligated to inform the client of any additional charge at the time of the request — not at the end of the ride.

 

Passenger safety

We commit to following all legal requirements relating to passenger safety. Chauffeurs are required to drive safely and not endanger road safety. Pantas d.o.o. cannot accept liability for damages arising from unforeseen road circumstances.

 

Guarantee

We guarantee to our clients every service detail that defines a quality chauffeur service — exactly as promised on our website. If we fail to deliver as promised, the client is entitled to a 100% refund of the price paid, provided that price does not exceed RSD 4,000. If the price exceeds that amount, the client is entitled to a 20% refund of the price, but not less than RSD 4,000.

These limits are unavoidable due to the potential for abuse. Refunds must be approved in advance by authorized personnel at Pantas d.o.o., which means the client is in any case obligated to pay the chauffeur for the ride (if it wasn’t prepaid) before submitting a complaint.

 

Transport agreement

These terms of service, together with the details of your specific booking, constitute the contractual obligation between you as the client and Pantas d.o.o. as the carrier.
