What services do you offer?
Our chauffeur service covers private long-distance passenger transport (airport runs, out-of-town trips) and chauffeur-driven car hire by the hour or day (business meetings, weddings, day trips, and similar).
Where are you based?
We’re based in Belgrade, but we can take you to or from Belgrade from any location in the region.
What services do you not offer?
We don’t offer taxi service (short city rides or unbooked rides), courier work, scheduled shared shuttles, ride-sharing, freight transport, or pet transport.
How far in advance should I book?
You can never book too early — as soon as you have your flight or your accommodation, you can book your ride. The minimum lead time is 1 day before pickup, but even then we can’t always guarantee availability, so booking earlier is recommended. Same-day rides are sometimes possible within an hour if a vehicle and chauffeur happen to be free.
Where will the chauffeur meet me?
For pickups from Belgrade Airport, the chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name-board showing your first and last name. They’ll also track your flight, so you don’t have to worry if you’re slightly late or arrive earlier than scheduled.
For pickups at your address or hotel, the chauffeur will be in front of your chosen location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, conditions permitting (parking). They’ll contact you on arrival or when nearby, so please keep your phone’s ringer on.
What are your vehicles like?
You can pick a vehicle based on your needs, budget, number of passengers, or luggage volume:
- Škoda Superb
- Mercedes E-Class and S-Class sedans
- Mercedes V-Class and Vito minivans
- Mercedes Sprinter minibus
All vehicles are under 6 years old, black, and come with extensive comfort and safety packages.
Wi-Fi and bottled water are available in every car. Vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, strictly non-smoking, and 100% mechanically perfect with no visible damage.
Are your chauffeurs vetted and safe?
Yes — chauffeurs are our biggest focus. We believe chauffeurs are what separates a decent service from an excellent one. We don’t hire moonlighters, delivery drivers, or rideshare-app drivers.
These are trained, experienced, well-paid professionals who care about their work and will do everything they can to make sure you’re satisfied.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, but we have a limited number of card readers, so please mention at booking that you want to pay by card in the vehicle. Alternatively, we can send you an online payment link — payment must be completed at the latest 24 hours before the ride. Card payments don’t qualify for the cash-payment discount, and processing fees apply.
When is your next departure to … ?
We don’t run scheduled departures or fixed lines, and we don’t offer scheduled shared transport.
How much is a ticket to … ?
We don’t sell tickets or charge per seat. You can only book the entire vehicle, and the price is the same regardless of how many passengers you have with you.
Will my luggage fit?
The entire trunk is reserved for your luggage, the mandatory vehicle equipment, and a small bag with the chauffeur’s personal items. If you have a lot of luggage, talk to our operator and we’ll recommend the right vehicle. Photos of the luggage help.
Do you have child seats?
Yes — we can provide universal and booster child seats, but you need to request them in advance. For out-of-town rides, one seat is free; for airport transfers in Belgrade, the seat is charged because it requires an extra trip for the chauffeur to pick up and return the seat.
Is deferred payment possible?
Deferred payment is available only with companies that have a corresponding service agreement with us. If you’d like your company to be invoiced, we’ll need to set up that agreement first.
Do the chauffeurs speak English?
Yes. Not all of them speak with perfect grammar or without an accent, but all of our chauffeurs speak English at a solid conversational level.
How are the chauffeurs dressed?
Since business travelers are our core audience, the dress code matches:
Elegant black shoes and trousers, a long-sleeved white shirt, and a tie.
Do you transport pets?
No. We have nothing against animals — quite the opposite. But we wouldn’t be able to maintain our vehicle hygiene standards if we allowed pet transport.
Do you drive abroad?
Yes — absolutely.
How do I book a ride?
Simple: visit our contact page and send us an inquiry — through the form, by email, by phone, or by WhatsApp message. Our agents will reply with a quote. If you accept it, you receive a booking confirmation, your chauffeur’s contact, and a photo of the vehicle assigned to your ride.
Do you actually offer a guarantee?
Yes — we offer a genuine guarantee on the quality and reliability of our service, with the option to refund the full or partial fare. You can read the details on the terms of service page.
