Hourly and daily hire applies to round trips with multiple stops and waiting (meetings, delegations, formal events). For point-to-point rides (transfers), we charge a flat rate based on distance.
IMPORTANT: this pricing isn’t a substitute for an official quote, which depends on vehicle class and several other factors.
Frequently asked questions about pricing and payment
1. Are your prices fixed?
Yes — the price in your quote is fixed, as long as you don’t make additional requests during the ride that differ from what you originally booked (changing addresses, extra waiting, and so on). In those cases an extra charge may apply, and the chauffeur is obligated to inform you of it at the time of your request.
2. Do you charge per person or per vehicle?
Strictly per vehicle — that is, per private group of passengers. The price in your quote is the total amount paid by you and the friends, family, or colleagues you’re traveling with. We don’t offer shared/scheduled transport or per-passenger pricing.
3. What does the price include?
The price includes:
- Transport per the agreed terms — a defined route with or without extra stops and waiting, or chauffeur-driven hire for the agreed time and distance.
- Fuel, tolls, parking, passenger insurance, and other transport costs.
- Live flight tracking and meet-and-greet at airport arrivals with a name-board for the passenger or company.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi, bottled water for all passengers, and short breaks on longer journeys.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Additional charges may include:
- Requests that affect ride duration and weren’t agreed in advance (extra waiting, additional stops, and similar).
- Drinks, food, and other personal expenses during the journey.
4. How do I pay?
Several payment methods are available:
- Cash in the vehicle, with a receipt issued for the ride.
- Card in the vehicle (please mention this at booking so we assign a car with a card reader).
- Online card payment via a link we send you.
- Bank transfer (deposit or full amount).
- Via the Serbian Electronic Invoicing System (SEF).
Payment method is agreed at booking and can’t be changed during the ride itself.
5. Is there an additional charge for child seats?
Yes — €5 per seat. For longer journeys, however, we often provide child seats free of charge.
6. Can I pay by card in the vehicle?
Yes, but please mention at booking that you’d like a car with a card reader — we have a limited number of them. Alternatively, you can pay online via the payment link, but only before the ride.
7. Are there additional charges for waiting time?
Yes — additional waiting is billed per started hour, from €15. For airport pickups, the price includes up to 1 hour of waiting after landing, which is usually enough time to clear the terminal.
8. How much is a ticket to … ?
We don’t sell tickets or charge per seat. You can only book the entire vehicle, and the price stays the same regardless of how many passengers travel with you.

Premium Conference & Congress Transport in Belgrade
Organizing a conference or congress is a long list of small decisions that nobody notices when they go right. Transport is one of them. While it works, no one thinks about it. The moment a speaker misses the opening or a delegation waits outside the airport, it...
What Premium Service Actually Means — and Why It’s Not for Everyone
Premium service in passenger transport doesn't rest on promises. It rests on rules that get followed. For us, that means every ride is planned in advance, the chauffeur and the vehicle are prepared before pickup, and the client gets exactly what was agreed — no...
Behind the Premium Service: Excerpts from Our Internal Chauffeur Protocol
Premium transport doesn't happen by accident. It doesn't depend on the chauffeur's mood, personal taste, or whatever gets improvised that day. The real gap between average and exceptional service opens up only when the rules are clear, measurable, and consistently...
